During your registration with Florence, you'll be asked to do a short video interview through an online platform called Willo.

As part of this, you'll be asked to show a photo ID to prove your identity.

​Here are the types of photo ID we can accept:
​• Passport
• UK driver's license
• Biometric residence permit (BRP)
• Application registration card (ARC)

If you're a UK citizen but you don't have a passport or driver's license, we can accept a UK birth certificate and proof of your National Insurance number as identification. You can also use a Post Office PASS card, Young Scot National Entitlement Card or CitizenCard UK ID card.
