Once you have created the workers profile you will be asked to complete a profile pack.

Here you will be asked to select yes/no for the following questions:

  • Registered under the disability act

  • Full UK driving license / insurance

  • Health questionnaire completed

  • Confirmation that all paperwork has been checked

  • Please confirm staff member is happy to work under company policies and procedures, and Covid protocols

Next you will be asked to enter the date your worker completed the relevant training based on the clients requirements & their worker types.

Criminal Record Check Details

Based on the region your worker is based in this will default for you automatically to the relevant Criminal Record Check (DBS, PVG etc).

  • You will then be asked to select the level of check completed, Standard or Enhanced.

  • You are required to then input which list they have been checked against:

    • Adult

    • Child

    • Child & Adult

  • You will then be asked to confirm if they have been checked against the Barred list.

  • You will then be asked to issue the date the disclosure was issued.

  • You will then need to provide the disclosure certificate number.

  • And then asked for the outcome:

    • Clear means no convictions

    • Not clear means there are convictions.

  • If not clear is selected you will need to confirm if a risk assessment has been completed.

Professional Registration

In this section you will be required to add in any details of professional registrations like NMC

NMC

You will need to add the valid from date and confirm if there is any fitness to practise issues that have been noted during the check.

Employment History

In this section you will be asked 4 yes/no questions:

  • Experience of care home setting

  • Experience in dementia care

  • References received (to cover 3 years of employment)

  • Full employment history provided, including explanation for any gaps in employment longer than 1 month.

Then you will be asked to provide continuous details of employment over the last 5 years as a minimum or full work history explaining any gaps in employment.

You will be asked to enter:

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Company

  • Roles & Duties

Once you have added a minimum of 5 years history (some clients and markets will require a full work history) your profile pack will be ready.

Our compliance team will review each worker's profile and compliance documents within 3 working days.
