When you log into your Agency Manager portal and go to the 'Staff' page you will be able to filter your workers to 'Action Required,' this will show you all workers who have compliance documents that will expire within the next month.

Agencies can now also expand a workers compliance section and download whatever they uploaded.

We listened to the feedback agencies have provided around profile packs expiring and how can they check what's expiring and make sure these are kept up to date.

When a new pack has been uploaded it will go to our compliance team to review this, once approved clients will see the last updated one so its important to stay on top of these for your workers.
