You are able to submit new rates on the platform, Once these rates have been submitted we will contact the relevant care organisation/s to update them on this.

Until your rate change has been approved existing rates will apply. Once your rate has changed you will be notified of this.

In the top right corner you will see 3 vertical dots this will allow you to access your notification settings, and see the care organisations you are linked to and from here you can manage your rates for each care organisations.
