You can find the rates agreed for each clients on the platform by following the steps below -
Click the three dots in the top right corner of the platform and select ‘Companies’.
From this page you will be able to see if rates have been approved or if they’re still awaiting approval. You can also click into the ‘View Rates’ page to see the active and inactive rate cards.
This page will also display the approved rates for all different worker types that your agency provides to this client (e.g., Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, etc.). You'll also see the effective date for each rate card, indicating when those specific rates came into effect. If applicable, this section will also detail any special rates agreed for bank holidays.
