If a worker you've proposed can no longer do a shift, you can easily withdraw their application.

To do this, go to the specific shift, scroll to the bottom of the page to 'Your applications,' and select 'Withdraw worker.' You'll see a confirmation page; just click 'yes' to confirm.

Once withdrawn, you can then propose a new candidate for that shift.

Please note: It’s important that if your worker was confirmed that you notify the home that you're no longer able to fill this shift. If the application was pending and you can withdraw before approval, there would be no need to call and inform the home.

You can find the contact details for the home on the platform by clicking into the shift booked, click the name of the home, and you will find the contact number.
