If any of your staff members who are booked for shifts notify you that they are running late and will not arrive for the arranged time, please ensure you notify the client as soon as possible to make them aware of this.

You can find the contact details for the home on the platform by clicking into the shift booked, click the name of the home, and you will find the contact details.
