Can you unpublish shifts?
Once a rota is published, workers are notified of their shifts and can see them in the Florence Go app. There is currently no way to unpublish all shifts once moved out of their Draft status unless you individually cancel or edit each shift.
Discarding Draft Changes
If you have made edits to a published week but have not yet saved or republished them, you can discard those changes:
Navigate to the rota week in question.
Click Tools in the top right of the rota view.
Select Discard all changes.
Confirm the action. The rota will revert to its last published state.
What Happens to Workers?
If a shift is cancelled. The worker is notified and the they will no longer see the shifts in the Florence Go app.
When you republish after making changes, workers will receive a fresh notification of their updated shifts.
