If you have a conviction or caution on your PVG, you may still be able to work with Florence. However, we'll need to do some extra checks to move forward with your application.
Here's what you need to do:
1. Complete the statement form our compliance team sends you.
2. Send the statement form and all the pages of your PVG certificate to [email protected]. Write ‘PVG statement and certificate to be reviewed’ in the subject line of your email.
Our compliance team will review your documents, and a member of our team will be in touch with the next steps.
If you have a conviction that you think will be flagged on a new PVG, we'll need to wait for the certificate to come through before we can review it.
