Agency Manager - Posting a shift in the past

We know things happen and sometimes you wont get the chance to post the shift on the platform before it happens. If you need to post a shift that has already happened you can do this on the platform.

To do this:

  • Select 'Post a Shift'

  • Select the unit you want to post the shift for.

  • Select the worker type.

  • Select the shift

  • Input the reason you need cover

Then you can select the toggle that says 'Shift Worked in the past'

This will allow you post a shift from a previous date.
