Profile pictures are used to help care organisations identify healthcare professionals when they arrive for their shift.
This means that pictures should be taken as a passport-style image.
If a picture is uploaded that does not meet the standard expected this picture may be removed and the staff member marked as non compliant until a sufficient image is uploaded.
What can we accept?
The picture shows their full face and shoulders.
A clear, well-lit image.
Only the individual in the image.
What will we not accept?
Anything covering the care professionals face
I.e. face mask, sunglasses, hats/caps covering the face
Filters on images.
Pictures of other ID badges.
Pictures of other photographs.
Upside down images.
Full body images (cannot see face).
Person facing sideways.
Pictures that are closely zoomed in and you cannot see their full face.
Pictures that are too far away.
