Once you have downloaded the app and added it to your phone, you will be notified whenever
A shift is directly assigned to you
New shifts that you are eligible to work are posted by your admin team
Notifications
If you have notifications enabled, you will receive a push notification when new shifts become available.
If you do not have the app, you will receive a text message with a link. Click the link in the message to view the available shifts.
Finding available shifts
Open the app and select Find Shifts from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
All available shifts will be displayed, including:
Date
Time
Break period
Location
Select a shift you wish to work to view more details, including the full address.
Applying for a shift
Tap Apply for Shift to submit your application.
Your admin team will review your application and you will be notified if you are approved.
Some admins have auto-approval enabled. This means you will be automatically accepted for the shift if you are the first eligible worker to apply.
You can also filter available shifts by location and date to find shifts that suit you.
Viewing your confirmed shifts
Once you are approved for a shift, it will appear in the My Shifts tab.
