Viewing Your Rota & Upcoming Shifts

Once your manager has published your rota, you can see all your upcoming shifts in the Florence Go app. This article explains where to find them and what the different views and statuses mean.

The Dashboard

When you open Florence Go, the Dashboard is your home screen. It shows:

  • Your next upcoming shift — date, time, location, and unit

  • Any timesheets waiting to be submitted

  • Any notifications or updates from your manager

Viewing All Your Shifts

To see a full list of your upcoming shifts:

  1. Tap Shifts in the bottom navigation bar (or from the menu).

  2. You will see a list of all your rostered shifts, ordered by date.

  3. Tap any shift to see its full details — location, unit, start and end time, and any notes from your manager.

Shift Statuses

Each shift in the app will show a status:

  • Upcoming — scheduled and confirmed, in the future

  • In Progress — you have clocked in and the shift is active

  • Completed — shift has ended; timesheet may still need submitting

  • Cancelled — shift has been cancelled by your manager

What if My Shifts Aren't Showing?

If you can't see any upcoming shifts, it may be because:

  • Your manager has not yet published the rota for that week — check with them directly

  • You are not logged into the correct account — check your email address matches what your manager has on file

  • Your profile is not assigned to the correct location — speak to your manager to confirm

Shift Notifications

You will receive a push notification when:

  • Your rota is published for a new week

  • A shift you are assigned to is cancelled or changed

Make sure push notifications are enabled for Florence Go in your phone settings so you don't miss any rota updates.
