Once you have completed your shift, you can rate the home before submitting your timesheet. You are able to pick a rating of 1-5 for a variety of categories. These categories include: safety, effectiveness, caring, handover and leadership. 

If you want to share further information, we would suggest you get in touch with your account manager who may ask you to follow up with a statement (where necessary) and we can take it from there.
