Your ability to edit a shift depends on whether a healthcare professional has been booked for it.
Editing an Unbooked Shift: If the shift is still open and has no one booked, you can cancel it and re-post it with the correct details.
Editing a Booked Shift: For contractual reasons, once a professional is booked for a shift, critical details cannot be changed on the platform by you. This includes:
Shift start or end times
Rate of pay
Unit
Why can't I change it? This policy protects both you and the professional, ensuring the details they agreed to are the details they are paid for. It prevents confusion and guarantees accuracy.
