Sometimes you want to offer a shift to a specific healthcare professional, especially one who has worked well with you before.
Direct Invites
Use this option when you have already posted an Open Shift and want to proactively invite preferred professionals to apply for it.
Navigate to your ‘Shifts’ tab from the main menu.
Find the open shift you want to send invites for and click on it.
In the top-right corner of the shift details, select the ‘Direct Invites’ option.
You can now select one or more professionals from your favourites or search list to invite.
What happens next? The selected professionals will receive a notification inviting them to apply for your shift. This does not book them automatically; they must still apply, and you will need to approve their application.
