Timesheet rejected
​From time to time you may find that a timesheet is rejected by the care organisation as the details don’t match the records from the care organisation. If this happens we would advise you to review the reason they have rejected the timesheet by selecting the timesheet on the platform and ensure the details have been submitted correctly.

If you are happy to edit and resubmit the timesheet you can do this in the same way that would normally submit the timesheet.
