Agencies will have until midday on a Monday to submit and the homes have until midnight on a Tuesday/Wednesday morning to approve timesheets to be invoiced and paid that same week.
Any timesheets submitted by an agency after the Monday night cut off will go to the following week's timesheet run. You can also view all timesheets associated with an invoice on the invoice tab , and clock into the timesheet #.
Timesheet Behaviour
It's crucial to submit all timesheets as quickly as possible after a shift to prevent payment delays. Remember, failure to submit a timesheet within 7 days of a shift ending will result in your agency being unable to propose workers.
When submitting, always ensure the timesheet is for the correct healthcare professional and that the start time, end time, and break lengths are accurate. Getting it right the first time helps avoid rejections and ensures smooth processing.
