You can easily check who is confirmed for any of your upcoming shifts from several places on your dashboard. This guide shows you the quickest ways to find this information.
Method 1: From the 'Today' Page (At a Glance)
For a quick look at who is arriving soonest, the ‘Today’ page (your homepage) has an ‘Upcoming Shifts’ widget. This box shows you the next few professionals who are scheduled to arrive at your location.
Method 2: From the 'Shifts' Tab
This is the best way to see a complete, detailed list of all your confirmed shifts.
From the main menu, click on the ‘Shifts’ tab.
Select the ‘Booked’ sub-tab.
You will now see a chronological list of all shifts that have a confirmed professional, with their name displayed next to the shift details.
Method 3: From the 'Calendar' View
If you prefer a visual layout, the ‘Calendar’ tab shows your entire month at a glance. All your booked shifts will be displayed on the calendar, showing the name of the confirmed professional for each day.
Viewing a Professional's Details
From any of the views above, you can click on a professional's name to open their full profile.
This allows you to review their experience and skills, or download their Profile Snapshot for your internal records before they arrive.
